Topped Out Officer Salary: $106,812

(Not including other benefits and promotion)

VACATION PAY:
- 1-4 years: 80 hours ( 8 days)
- 5-9 years: 120 hours (12 days)
- 10-14 years: 160 hours (16 days)
- 15-19 years: 176 hours (17.6 days)
- 20+ years: 200 hours (20 days)
HOLIDAY PAY: 122 hours/year (12.2 days)
Sick leave: 12 hours accrued/month
Sick Incentive Pay: 30% of monthly pay after 720 hours accrued (Annually)
Health Care/Dental
Retirement: Member of Oklahoma Police Pension and Retirement System. 20 years at 50% of pay

Longevity Pay: $325 per year after two years

Year 2 > 2 X $325 = $650

Year 5 > 5 X $325 = $1625

Year 10 > 10 X $325 = $3250

Year 15 > 15 X $325 = $4875

Topped out Year ≥ 25 = 25 X$325 = $8125

Bachelor's Degree = $125 additional pay per month

Master's Degree = $200 additional pay per month

$50 per month (if minimum requirement is met)
